Best Rate Guarantee

The Best Rate Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The customer must provide evidence in the form of a Key Features Illustration (KFI), which can be sent to Equity Release Associates either by post, fax or by the email of a scanned or electronic copy.
  2. The comparable KFI must be based on precisely the same details provided to Equity Release Associates.
  3. The comparable KFI must be submitted within 28 days of the recommendation made by Equity Release Associates.
  4. The comparable KFI must be based on like-for-like disclosure of accurate health details (i.e. the client cannot withhold information that was used in the calculation of the alternative recommendation).
  5. Equity Release Associates must be given a final opportunity to beat the plan at the point of challenge.
  6. Equity Release Associates reserve the right to remove this offer at any time without notice.

In cases where the above conditions are met, and yet we still cannot beat the comparable plan, we will send a cheque for the value of £50. By receiving this cheque, the client is in no way committed to using any of Equity Release Associates’ services.
